Problem: 

While updating most of the in-product videos was out of scope for the Health Literacy Project, the Clinical and Product teams found one video series particularly unhelpful.

Approach: 

Collaborate with one design partner to quickly create a new, relevant story with appropriate visuals that demonstrates a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concept and replaces the existing video.
